Enrollment Steps

  • Print the application using your printer and complete all sections: Download application [DOC format]
  • Mail or deliver the application to the college with the following items:
    • A copy of your high school transcript or GED. (Proof of high school graduation or state authorized equivalency GED must be by sealed transcript. High school graduation or equivalency GED must be accredited by an agency that is accepted by the U.S. Department of Education.)
    • $75 registration fee (If you are not accepted for enrollment, the total $75.00 will be refunded.)
