Associate Degree of Applied Technology

100% placement rates for graduates from this program.*

The associate degree program is available for daytime students and dual enrollment students. Any student in a two-year program may elect to also earn an associate degree of applied technology. This includes the advanced welding, HVAC, industrial electricity, and machine shop programs. The general education courses that are offered are psychology, technical writing, physics, professional development, and math for technicians. Students will take the course during their lunch break between technical classes. Transfer credits from other accredited schools are accepted. AP score from high school transcripts are also accepted in place of these courses.

The associate degree of applied technology is transferable to Ranken Technical College in St. Louis and University of Arkansas-Fort Smith, should a student choose to pursue a bachelor degree of applied management. These programs are offered on-campus and online for students who seek a four-year degree. A copy of this agreement between Moore Tech and Ranken Technical College can be found below.
