
The Moore Tech Machine Shop course is taught in the most complete educational machine shop in the south. The course provides the technical knowledge and fundamental experience necessary to perform machine shop work. Students learn how to use blueprints skillfully, as well as hand tools and heavy machinery required to forge quality parts from metal.
The course gives one a basic training in the operation of machine tools and helps the student understand the latest machining processes. A technician in the machine shop trade should have sound work habits, knowledge of mathematics and blueprint reading and be attentive to detail.
Moore Tech training is designed so that the student gets the experience of actually performing in a working machine shop.
